I’m Erica, now a mindfulness teacher and life coach, but a former chronic anxiety sufferer, and person with a very negative mindset including low self worth and belief and zero confidence. I hope that I can be living proof and an inspiration to others as someone who had climbed out of a very dark hole (I am still climbing by the way, and perhaps always will be) and reached a point where I am happy and excited for the future.

I hope, through my content, that you find something of value and something that will bring a more positive perspective on you own life, if this is what you are seeking.
